My parents got me a Large for Christmas. Have been wanting one for years since I first saw them on the first season of Pitmasters. Dad works for the local Egg dealer, so I have helped out a few promos with them. They also got me a few accessories: Plate Setter, V-Rack, Cast Iron Grill.
My wife really wants to get the pizza stone, but what other eggssories should I consider? My favorite things to do on my old Brinkmann off-set were brisket, and shoulders if that helps with suggestions.
Looking at building a table or a cart when I can get some warm weather, and lumber rounded up.

Adjustable rig from the Ceramic grill store. If it's overwhelming to decide what one to get, call and speak to Tom. He's a first class guy and a member here.Be careful, man! I've got a beverage here.

I just got a large as well after having a small for years. I bought a raised grid and definitely recommend one. Great for spatchcocking a bird.Large, Small & Mini. Marietta, GA Go DAWGS!!

Congrats on the gift!
+1 on the pizza stone, it is awesome!
Though not as sexy as a raised grid, the ash catcher that hooks on the lower vent helps keeps your table or grill area clean.
Thermapen is also a great tool to have.
Cheers!

I forgot to mention that I already have a Maverick ET-73 and Bear Paws from the days of running the Brinkmann.

Travis and Yem hit the nail on the head. I just got my AR set-up - a little pricey but worth it. You may want to get your feet wet and start with the thermapen first - It is a necessity.Milton, GA.

I think you're already off to a great start! You can do raised grid setups just by using firebricks and a cheap weber grid. It got me by quite a while before I moved up to an Adjustable Rig. Learn & enjoy your Egg!My PitMaster IQ120 FREAKIN ROCKS!!!!!!! Current BGE arsenal: XL & MiniMax
