Rib roast, and beef rib question

Hello. hope every one had a great holiday so far.
I cut up this rib roast the other night, fried up some steaks, they were great. Also cooked up some apps, some ABT's, stuffed shrooms, and some asperagus wrapped in montreal smoked meat.
My question is, what do i do with the ribs that i cut off. I have actually never cooked beef ribs before. Any suggestions would be great.

I thought you fried the steaks. High River beef? Beautiful. I do ribs low and slow til the meat is tender. You can do them to medium and sear too but I like them rib like. I like Worcestershire and pepper. If you slide a paring knife around the bone at the less meaty end the pullback is awesome and all the meat ends up at one end
