I was thinking about doing some kind of simple breakfast casserole on Christmas morning. Does anyone have any suggestions?

That Breakfast Fatty's hard to beat. How about a Strada - hash browns, onions, peppers, cheese, bacon (crumbled), sausage - make it up as you go along - all in a CI pan, and pour a slew of beaten eggs on top and cook for about 15 to 20. Cool it a little and slice like a pizza.

I make this Sausage and Egg Breakfast Casserole every Christmas. I make it the day before and then pop it in the oven while everyone is opening gifts. It can be done on the BGE, too. It is silly-easy.I'm Kristi ~ Live in FL ~ BGE since 2003.

You can prep the night before and cook while everybody is arriving and getting settled in.
