Salt plate recepi help

Happy holidays fellow eggheads. My wife recently bought me a salt plate for my birthday. I am super excited to try it on the egg but wanted to reach out to my "egg family" for recepi/use suggestions. Thanks in advance and I hope everybody has a nice holiday.

Love Salmon: I place the salt block on some tin foil, start the egg and let come up to temp, Raised direct 375. block needs 45 min or so to come up to temp. Salmon prepared with DP raging river. Then I just put a coating of olive oil on the salt block just prior to placing the salmon on. Around 6 minutes a side, or to about 145 internal temp. Once your salt block cools, store it in a dry place, never put in contact with water. Don't overheat your salt block above 450.
