Holiday Saturday Cooking...

All my supplies are here at the house...
Irish Car Bomb fixin's... Some Sailor Jerry, Woodford, Jager Spice, and plenty of Fat Bastard Cab as well along with a cooler full of icy cold beers. A full humidor of good sticks, and a charged and loaded iPhone.
Going to do a bunch of chicken for now and future meals, a couple of NY Strips, some Rattle Snake Tails, and some sprouts and squash. They are calling for clouds and rain; but so far its sunny and mild for the first day of Winter.
Time to kick back, relax, and enjoy the holiday...

Same to you @hapster-sounds like you are good to go for some great smokes, drinks and eats.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.

Here are some pics from the day so far... Just going to do the chicken. Prepped the squash and sprouts and will egg them tomorrow. Going with Pineapple Head on the squash.
The weather has been perfect for the first day of winter. Santa even stopped by...

Def... They were pretty good! Gave a few to our neighbors and they flipped for them. Just enough spice. I glazed them with Sweet Baby Ray's Cola Q for the last 15min or so...DMW said:Those rattlesnake tails look really good. Will have to give those a try.
