I picked up a 15" Lodge CI Skillet at Bass Pro today for $50 CDN. Cut off the handle so it measures just under 18". Perfect fit. Gonna try paella on it tomorrow!
Couple of different shots of the pan.

AH - cut off the handle. That's how you get those nice round CI pans in the Egg.
How are you cutting the handle off?

I used a Dremel with a cutting disc and finished it off with a grinding wheel and buffing wheel. Took about 30 minutes.

I just bend the handle off.
