How well will this hold up in an agg

Spoke to the guy today and he said $40 for a 18" circle for the egg but cheaper if I get multiple. My question is how well is this suited for high heat anyone got experience? http://atlanta.craigslist.org/sat/hsh/4244348190.html

What type of steel is it? I have the expanded steel grate from stlcharcoal and it is doing quite well at temps much higher than the grid will ever get. It's 304 steel but looks similar in gauge.

304 is a stainless. If its regular mild steel its not worth it.
