New Egger - COULDN'T BE HAPPIER

Hello Forum

As of 12/07/2013, I have been the proud owner of Large BGE and as the title states, I could not be happier!  In fact, I might be coming obsessed.  I've used it quite a bit already.

So far I've made habanero smoked salsa, cedar planked salmon (twice), a whole chicken, chicken wings, skirt steak, sweet potatoes, asparagus, short ribs, and chicken legs, thighs, and breasts.  With a few exceptions, all of which were rookie mistakes, everything has been damn close to exceptional.  I have yet to do a long smoke, but cannot wait to make a pork butt, brisket, ribs, smoked salmon, spatchcock chicken, turkey, beef tenderloin, hot wings, prime rib, etc…
