Thanks. I couldn't fine a sirloin roast, so got a top round. It's tender and tasty, but a few of the slices have a pretty bad streak of gristle through them that'll have to be trimmed out before heating.midwestsmoker said:Looks good Botch, what cut did you use“I'll have what she's having."
