Deli meat time again
Time for some more deli meat. 2 turkey breasts from Costco.
One is injected with a chipotle sauce, rubbed with Dizzy Dust
The other was injected with a Roasted red Pepper, Garlic and Lime sauce, rubbed with Lawry's and Weatherford Spice.
Goint to try to get them done tonight, going to be a cold one. Wrap, set in fridge over night and have some home made soup and sandwiches for dinner tomorrow.

Boneless? Looks like I need to make a Costco run. That roasted red pepper injection sounds tasty.

You mean cold as in colder than the -40 C or F you have had so far. Somebody in Alberta says it's going to be cold they mean cold. -40 is what...brisk? 8-XSteve

-29 with wind, (-20F) so a bit breezy. See how it goes, would like to get them done tonight. Just have to make the drinks a bit stiffer so they dont freeze is all.County of Parkland, Alberta, Canada

Got them cooked last night, went a little long, temp stabalized a bit low (260) when i was out for an hour pushing snow, brought it back up to 300 when i was done. Took almost 3 hours. Pulled just over 160, wrapped, rested, and put in fridge till tonight. It was hard not to slice it last night with how good they smelled.

Done, sliced, and it was good. The Chepotle was actually better than the other one. I will be doing that again. Had some sandwiches with the wifes home made vegitable soup. Have a good weekend everyone.

@AlbertaEgger looks awesome!! What part of the store did you find them in? I was looking yesterday and didn't see any. I'm dying to try this.

I didn't pick these ones up. I would ask the butcher when there. If I remember they are on the isles just off from the steaks and such that are infron of butchers. Same isles that the cheese and stuff can be in.County of Parkland, Alberta, Canada
