Little olive oil first. Used a new rub called basik. It was in an orange can. Little fresh ground pepper. Reverse sear method. 250 for around 25 min. Pulled plate setter and used a small grate on top of the pswoo. Temp went to 600 in no time. Seared on top of coals to 135. 1 min then flip for another min.
