2 beer butt chickens and brisket chili. The birds will be pulled and foodsavered. The chili also. I'm not an experienced chili cook so I'm crossing my fingers.

Did one with Julio's and one with Loveless Cafe Peach Rub. I ate a "little" skin before pulling. Brisket chili just came off. Waiting till Peyton gets done spanking the Titans.Green egg, dead animal and alcohol. The "Boro".. TN

I picked a recipe with little heat because the folks I'm cooking for don't like hot...at least the ladies. I substituted Chipotle chili powder and less than it called for..still a little hot. The brisket was tender and shredded a little which I liked. I'm probably gonna do another brisket and chili this week. .I'll tweak it then. Overall it was a great chili.
