    Looks good, go to desired temp and tenderness not specifically to your two hour time frame.  You could have a pretty big stall some where between there and 180*  Good luck and can't wait to see the finish.

    Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.

    Will cooking at 330 deg or so push me thru the stall? Need to eat by 6 and its 2pm now?

    So its at 190 internal but the edges are already at 203 is this normal? Will it dry out buy the time the center is at 195-200?

    You will be fine.  Take the center to 200 then FTC till you eat at 6:00

    Sorry @CANMAN1976, right after I posted that I had to take the family shopping.  Like @Tjcoley said take the center to 200 degrees, wrap in foil, then place in a cooler with towels to insulate.  I guarantee it will still be to hot to handle around 545 which is when you will want to start pulling it if dinner is at 6 pm. Good luck!!!
