Not sure this weather counts as snowy; but we'll see...
Inside I'm doing a big pot of German Lentil soup... On the egg once the soups going; doing some pepper stout chuck roast...

Well, it does say fits most.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.____________________Aurora, Ontario, Canada

Looks great! I know you posted the recipe on the other thread, but so far it looks like bacon, ham hocks, celery, carrot onion, potato, bay leaf. Is that about right?
Looking forward to keeping an eye on this one !

Plans got messed up... Had to go to a party for my nephew due to the weather, coating to an 1" has quickly tuned to a 6" winter storm. Messed my timing up with the chuck roast... Debating on weather to start it...
Ice under the snow... Slick enough and there were cars spun out all over. Turned around and came home...

Stay safe Hap. Looking at the game, the eastern part of the state is getting hit a little worse than we are here in Central PA. We have about an inch of snow so far, 4-5 more predicted before turning to freezing rain. 8 AM flight not looking so good. No Egging today - Big pot of Chicken Noodle soup on the stove.

I don't know if you saw it, but they reported a fifty car accident on the Pa. Turnpike westbound near Morgantown. Not sure how accurate that is, but traffic on it has looked like a standstill since around noon.Large BGE, Mini BGEMorgantown, PA

Some update pics... The accident was the roads all around here were pretty bad. Glad we made it back home safe...
Trucks cleaned off, driveway cleared, and had a little soup.
Eagles game was great! Here are a few shots, the Christmas lights, the chuck and ingredients with Guinness in the Dutch oven for stage 2. My boys chillin' watching the game...
