Thanksgiving Turkey

Hi All,
My family is coming down to GA for our first Thanksgiving in the south - and my first with an egg. Any favorite turkey recipes? How big of a bird fits in a large egg with a platesetter setup? Oh, and I have a pregnant wife who can't stand smoked meat so I'll be baking it with no smoke (the first hint she was pregnant was when I took my first two butts off the egg and started pulling them - she turned green).[p]Ok, maybe some more questions - where is the new store located, and is the old one still open or closed by now? I'm going to need some supplies and just be in the mood to go and shop around again soon, and have heard that they opened a new store and closed the original one. Oh, I live in the Atlanta area. By the way, the Butcher's Block in Towne Lake has the best meat I've found in the area - highly recommended from a midwest guy who appreciates a good cut of steak![p]Thanks for the help!

mad max beyond eggdome,[p]I'll be cooking one just so I can call and talk to Max on thanksgiving day. It's extra fun after you've been "testing" the remainder of the white wine too...[p]someone should have disabled my ability to make long distance calls last year. : )
