Hanger steaks - Looking for ways to make them better

A few weeks ago we made some hanger steals with just salt/pepper and chimichurri sauce. They were excellent.
A while back at a nice restaurant we had hanger steaks with truffle oil that was out of this world.
I can not find truffle oil so that's out.
Looking for some ideas on how to make these steaks better? marinade? sauce on the side?
Low carb would be nice to.

Try, fresh ginger, garlic, lemongrass in a teriyaki sauce mixed with some thai chili sauce.

I have done this recipe a couple of times and I thought it was excellent:...only carbs I spot are from the lemon juice.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.
