A few weeks ago we made some hanger steals with just salt/pepper and chimichurri sauce. They were excellent.
A while back at a nice restaurant we had hanger steaks with truffle oil that was out of this world.
I can not find truffle oil so that's out.
Looking for some ideas on how to make these steaks better? marinade? sauce on the side?
Low carb would be nice to.
