Soul Bucket Chicken smoked with Almond and Cherry.....this is from my 55 gal Barrel Cooker......I do this to use up all the small pieces of the Mesquite Charcoal that I don't use in the Egg...no charcoal is wasted

Damn that looks fantastic @thailandjohn. I totally respect you not giving up the recipe for the sauce but would so love to get a "suggestive" base recipe. Even just the first couple of liquids to try and start my own sauce.

I start with Heinz Ketchep and only add a few ingredients....cumin, horseradish just to name a couple...the chicken in the picture has no sauce, just a rub after coating heavy with French's mustard
