Whats the biggest sized bird anyones cooked successfully on a small egg?

Spatchcock about 4 maybe 4 and a half pounds. Whole bird a touch over 5. But very rarely do I have access to birds any larger. Most of the time I have access to 3-4 pound "fryers" and 5- 6 pound "broilers".
I raise my kids, cook and golf. When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season. -
