The family came threw for my birthday today.
I opened up a new Red Intelligent Backlit Thermopen YIPEEEE! The Intelligent part thew me off as I thought it would lite as soon as it turned on.
Couldn't fire up the egg since they took me out to lonestar for AYCE fajitas. Will test it out asap hopefully tomorrow.

I just got a backlit thermapen too! It's awesome and will surprise you at how fast it reads! I really like the backlight for night cooks.
