DigiQ Blower...........Bad

I have the DigiQ with the 10cfm blower unit. Appears the unit went inop during a three hour cook on Thanksgiving morning. This was only the third time I have used the unit and was wondering if anyone has had problems with their blower unit?

Never had a blower issue. Did you plug īn the blower before you powered it on?

I thought I had read somewhere that it's best to plug everything in first and then power it up. Might be best to just give them a call, the customer service is great.

Something else to keep an eye on is to make sure the cables are completely plugged in. If they are not fully seated, the device won't operate properly. Good luck.

I checked and the cables were secure. Everything was working and half way through the cook the blower stopped working. Go figure!
XL BGE and L BGE -
try to jiggle the connection at both ends some times the connection is not good I have trouble with my power cord I have to jiggle it to make connection2 Large Eggs and a Mini 2 Pit Bulls and a Pork shoulder or butt nearby and 100% SICILIANLong Island N.Y.
