Miini's First Winter Cook

22 degrees and a couple of lamb steaks for Mini's inaugural winter cook. Amazed how fast she gets to temp.  Rocked steady at 450. Two minutes per side, and repeat until pulled at 155.  Bok Choy for a side.  Very simple - too chilly to get fancy.
