Mrs. Dyal kicked me outta the kitchen tonight and whipped this up.  She did make me grill up the chicken though.  ;)  Although she prepped the chicken and everything else.  :)  Definitely a repeater, and it was a very healthy and refreshing dinner....especially after hitting the gym tonight.  It was satisfying, yet it didn't make us feel bloated afterwards.  It will make the rotation.  HERE IS THE RECIPE.   We thought the lettuce would taste bland, but the lime, cilantro, avocado and everything else definitely gave it the flavor it needed.
