I know, I did this recently, but it is that time of year. By gosh, we're dropping into the lower 80's, I need some warm comfort food.
For some reason I cannot see pics I post unless they follow the first comment, so give me a few minutes for the main posting.

Bacon, sausage, onion, potatos, and some veggies. All in sausage gravy.
This is the setup for tonight, since I was working in the kitchen anyway. You will get the results later this evening.
OT to the cook. I mentioned that I can't see my pics unless they are in a follow up post. I just noticed, if I post in the original comment the pics attach slowly and often stall. These posted slam bang. I know I throw you off if the first post doesn't have all the information, but it works screwy for me and sometimes I want to be able to see my pics.

Nice. What did you use for the dough? Time/temp?

Publix brand fresh, refrigerated (not frozen) pie crust. Done at 400, indirect with a plate setter. The filling is already cooked, so you are warming and cooking the crust. Usually takes about 20-30 minutes, but this one took longer due to volume. The smaller round pie was for Child #2.

Last time I did it it there was a layer of mash on top. The Spouse wanted diced taters. We decided the mash was better.texaswig said:Looks like something good to eat on this cold day. I would need mashed potatoes with mine.
