Test run on a Turkey

12lb turkey brine for 26 hours, rinse and dried off and put on the v rack, and in the frig for 22 hours. Came home and lite the egg at 12:15pm, rub the turkey with EVO and put on Mickey's coffee rub. 12:45 pm iced breast, 1:20pm stabilize egg at 350* dome and put on turkey. Will report back later!!!!
