Taco Pizza

Went a little off the beaten path tonight...Taco Pizza


Except...Instead of using ground beef, I used Graziano mini meatballs...since I didn't brown the ground beef, I added the taco seasoning to the bean / salsa mixture...and I went half and half with Cheddar and Mozzarella.

Last adjustment..I sliced it up first and added the lettuce and chips (Doritos) per slice...this way when I reheat it, I'm not reheating the cold toppings, so it should be just about as good as round one. Was all pretty good...
