All I needed was some charcoal...

Walked into a BGE dealer just looking for another bag of BGE charcoal and ended up walking out with a new cover, grate holder, and best of all a cast iron grate! Have to say that steaks, fish, chicken, etc with real grill marks that you just don't get from metal grates are extra yummy!

I hear you..One of the reasons I have switched to RO lump is because whenever I go to a BGE dealer I come home hundred or two lighter...BGE lump is more expensive in more ways then one...and I keep hearing stories about how those mini's will jump right in a truck with very little invitation...what does the grate holder look like?Making the neighbors jealous in Pleasant Hill, Ia one cook at a time...

It's just a wire that fits in the holes on the front of the nest. Make a convenient place for the extra grills when using the cast iron. Here is a link: http://www.countrystoveandpatio.com/shop/big-green-egg-grate-racks/

My wife goes to the store for a gallon of milk and it costs $37.50. Milk prices are too high. Keep me out of a motorcycle accessory store.

I was just in my egg dealer the other day. I walked out with nothing for a change. However, I was eying up a new gasser. I don't really need it, but sometimes a gasser would be nice for quick cooks. I couldn't justify $600 for a hot dog cooker.Mark Annville, PA
