I have an old John Madden cook book. Most the recipes are kinda week but I've always loved these in the winter.

Bake potatoes and cool.... Cube
Cube velvetta
Mayonnaise
Bacon
Stir together and bake till brown.

Add pepper and onions if inclined.

Pics tonight.
