Super easy cook tonight... just some NY Strips and boneless pork chops. Just a big salad for a side... Nice and light, quick and easy clean up.
Maybe a pic or two later

Come on buddy, you EVER do just a hot dog?Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.

Sounds great, similar plan here, have some T-Bone and Porterhouse steaks I hit with the Foodsaver marinator a bit ago. First time using the marinator to reduce time, we'll see how it goes. I normally don't marinate my steaks, but these were in the freezer for about a year. And probably some roast cauliflower for our side. And there is bread proofing of course.They/Them

If I understand what you are asking about correctly; it's the seared heavy coating of Montreal Steak seasoning... Love that stuffVillage Idiot said:What's on top of the steak, Hap? Looks yummy.
