Cyber Q WiFi Question

I just go the Cyber Q WiFi. I have used it for temps in the 300-350 degree range. I know the unit tops out at 475 degrees. I was just wondering what to do if I were making pizza or getting temps up around 600-650. Do I have to remove the fan and just do things manually? I was curious what other people do with it for the higher temp cooks.

I don't use it for anything above 350.  I don't think you need to because enough air is flowing through the egg at those temps that control is pretty easy - and being off be a couple degrees isn't a big deal for me at higher temps.  It's still more stable than the electric oven inside.

  • my brother uses the fan on his mini to get temps high for wok cooking.  He simply puts the grill sensor outside the grill on the ground
