Pineapple with an attitude...maybe?

imageGot a drizzle idea from Mickey and then I decided hey - why not do this and that...I drained the juice, cut the pineapple core in 3/4" thickness pieces and then returned them in order to the container. I added 2 big jiggers of coconut flavored rum and 1 regular dark rum. They will marinate for 30+ hours and then I plan to hit with DP Pineapple Head Rub and char them direct. Not sure I will have a picture afterward, but I will tell you...if anybody is interested...how they came out!
