instrucions on big grren egg usage
I inherieted the largest egg available and wold like help on using the egg from start to finish-especially smoking a 15 lb. turkey. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I have tried it- it was great!

Get used to cooking with natural charcoal, rather than gas or briquettes. You will soon be an eggspert! Welcome to the club!![p]You'll be ready for turkey long before Thanksgiving.
