...gave me 4 lunches for this week at work (Monday through Thursday........taking Friday off for travel to the Eggtoberfest!!!

Can't believe it fit on there, but it did. 
The Mini BGE is a little beast!
Whipped up 4 servings worth of rice with field peas and mixed veggies for the sides. So much cheaper than Lean Cuisines for work lunches, and waaaay more tasty and filling.

Very nice cook.Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.
