Cooked 11/2 inch Ribeyes on the BGEgg last night. I love the way they turn out. The only problem my wife and I have is that we can't get a steak at a restaurant that we like any more.

    I have not ordered a steak in a restaurant in over 10 years and we probably eat one every week or so. The BGE is the King!
