My son and I will be there will be at the friday night meet and greet and we will also be cooking look for a big guy with a shaved head thats me ,I think that we will be cooking Chicken I was planning on doing pork butt for pulled pork sliders but time constraints will not allow that the pork but needs 14 to 16 hours cooking time and from what I have read I think they let us light the eggs at 8am and extinguish the egg at 3pm so pork butt is out of the plan :( anyway I'm surte that I will make the best of it and put out some good food for the people to taste and enjoy !!2 Large Eggs and a Mini 2 Pit Bulls and a Pork shoulder or butt nearby and 100% SICILIANLong Island N.Y.

My Wife Shannon and I will be at meet and greet and Saturday. Staying a Mariott Friday and Saturday night. Have a friend and his wife coming Saturday and to pick up their Demo egg. Talked him into joining the Egg Nation. My 1st time and look forward to meeting everybody.

You will love it.... Look around the campground as some of us will have our BGE's with us and stop by and say hello..also look for the North GA Eggers banner & say hello there as well...There is an Eggfest in Melbourne, FL in March. You need to come to that as well.
