Just wondering if I should cook moink balls direct or indirect. I put my own twist on the recipie and am using fresh homemade meatballs that I just put together. I am not crazy about the frozen ones. Thanks

I cook meatballs direct.Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.

I purchased ozark grillers from a meat market in St. Louis. They are beef sirloin sliced very thin with a slice of cheddar cheese rolled up and wrapped in bacon. Pretty tasty
