I need a good smoked beef tongue receipe. Please help.

No need to really smoke it, just put it in a Dutch oven with a 1 cup of water some chopped onion, maybe some garlic. Chop the tongue and build some tacos with chopped onion and cilantro.FelipeMen, easier fed than understood!!

Sorry, I don't believe there is such a thing as a "good" recipe for beef tongue....

If you've never tried beef tongue, you are missing out. It's like roast beef. Well, not like...it actually IS roast beef.
@Flying Tivo is dead on. Tacos with chopped onion and cilantro. Maybe add a Pacifico or a Modelo.
