Smokin a turkey breast, PID and Mav not in sync

I have a turkey breast smoking with my Auber PID set to 230 and my Maverrick set up too. My PID probe and Mav grill probe are side by side but reading about 25 degrees off from each other. Is it. Safe to calibrate the grill probes of these devices in boiling water? I'm not sure what to do.

You could put both back in a drawer and just cook the turkey. No, not trying to pick a fight. Just sometimes all that gets in the way of cooking. Just my 2cents.Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given another Mini to add to the herd.

Where is the fun in that?
