Tandoori Chicken - LBGE

First attempt doing Tandoori chicken on the LBGE. Came out really good .. very flavorful.
Chiicken ready to be talken off
Dinner served with pulav (fried rice with carrot & peas), eggplant curry & cucumber tomato raita (yoghurt dish)
Everything plated
Wonderful meal .. everybody happy :-)

Followed the recipe from Serious eats: http://www.seriouseats.com/2011/08/the-food-lab-how-to-make-tandoori-chicken-without-tandoor-grill.html. The only thing I changed was to use Greek Yoghurt (Cabot brand) and instead of food coloring I used Kashmiri chili powder (awesome red color and not too spicy).Cooked direct on a raised grill (Woo2) for around an hour at 400 degrees.LBGE & MiniOrlando, FL

@Aviator,If you have a Indian Grocery store near you, they should have it. That will be you cheapest option. If not .. Amazon carries it .. but shiping is expensive.
