Full Rack of Baby's on the Mini.

Seeing as there were no events this weekend, I decided to give the LGE's a break and try a rack of Baby Back's on the Mini while enjoying the day at the park. Wife/Fam said they wouldn't fit. Smoked them with Peach wood (3-1-1) They were Fantastic!!
Let's Did It Low and Slow....

Bet THAT makes Spring Chickens next film. Very nice for cooking on a toy :@)Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.

:-bd Good job. Haven't tried a rack of ribs on mine yet. Did some individual beef ribs once, but that's as close as I've come.
