Best Pizza to date

Cooked a pizza tonight and it turned out as the best pizza I have made yet. I
bought a Hi-Que grate and was able to get the egg hotter then previous pizzas. I
used Publix pizza dough and Mama Mary's pizza sauce, Boars Head pepperoni and
Boars Head mozzarella. I fired up the grill and got the temp steady at 575 with
the plate setter legs up, two bricks( to raise the grate a little into the
dome(2" above the felt line), grate and pizza stone. After putting the pizza on
the stone(using parchment paper) the temperature settled at about 460 for the
cook. I removed the paper after 3 minutes and it pulled right out. It was
finished in about 17 minutes. It tasted great.
