That feeling when you wake up in the morning next to your Maverick, that did not sound any alarms while you were catching Zs, come down to find the pork butts are cooking a long according to plan (the old fashion way with no stinkin' temp controller) and all you have to do today is eat pulled pork, drink some fine beverages and have some good friends over.
Can't beat it.
