Grid Extender Action - Spatchcock Chicken & Kabobs

We received our grid extender last week and wanted to try it out this past weekend. We are using an $8 Weber grate with it and it works perfect - we love it! We made spatchcock chicken with DP raging river and some killer chicken kabobs & potatoes.
