Wow! That's an impressive mixture of food in the egg. +1 for more details on the basket (what's in it and how did you cook it). Looks like chicken maybe?

Red peppers, green peppers, onions, mushrooms, all with adobo seasoning--and the chicken that was done already had Hawaiian marinade. The basket is from a deep fryer i had. It works great.
