Greek Turkey Burger(gyros) Healthy and Tasty!

Combine 
1 lb lean turkey meat
1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
1/4 plain greek yogurt(you will use the whole container)
1/4 herb and garlic breadcrumbs
1 egg white
1 clove garlic finely chopped
3/4 t oregano 
little salt and pepper

This will make tight, pressed-together patties.  Makes about 6 patties. Grill raised direct for 6-7 minutes a side at 350.  I slice mine to get more meat in the pita. 

For the tzatziki sauce combine
remaining yogurt, 2 T of red onion, 1/4 t oregano, mix well.

As you can see we also slice cucumbers to add to a whole wheat pita.  You could also add a tomato. 

These are really good for a healthy meal.  Can't eat ribs every day!  Well, you could(probably shouldn't)
