Boned chicken thighs, stuffed with three cheeses, minced onion, paprika and some Dizzy Pig Dust. Marinated last night with some Dizzy Pig Dust, EVOO and a bit of soy sauce. Grilled a couple of avocados stuffed with the same three cheeses and some Dizzy Dust. Great low carb dinner for two

Looks very good.
Did some stuffed thighs tonight. Deboned, cream cheese mixed with a garlic and spinach seasoning mix (about forgot a bit of honey as well), then wrapped in bacon with some Savory Pecan seasoning.
Very good.

How did you do the avocados? They sound interesting.....

pwg56, cut the avocados in half lengthwise, remove the pit. Leave the skins on. Fill the cavity with grated cheese blend, a dash of pig dust, chopped green onion. Put enough in to make a heap. Grill with chicken for the last 5-10 mins until the cheese melts. Top with sour cream when you server them. Really good for virtually zero carbs1 Large BGE, 1 Mini BGE, 1 Minimax BGE, Original wife and 3 dogs living in the heart of BBQ country in Round Rock Texas.

Sounds great. Doing the low carb think myself. It sounds like a great baked potato substitute! -
You got it, avocados and jicama have replaced potatoes in my meals. Really helps with the blood glucose issues.pwg56 said:egger ave said:pwg56, cut the avocados in half lengthwise, remove the pit.
