Just got the email for the cooks--they are expecting 500! people! I definitely can't cook that many wings! This is my first time cooking at an eggfest and it sounds like it will be a challenge!

I am bummed, cant make it. If any of you see troy olsen give him a big hug and tell its from me that will embarrass the heck out of him. Have a blast, mabye next year.send pics. :-h

Pretty sure you can, its an egg for goodness sake, its like the super hero of grills. I am perfectly capable of embarassing myself at these events, Hailey and I will be there and rolling out the "Death By Chocolate" dessert and a few other tasty morsels.
