Chilean Hotdogs

Took so Hebrew Nationals and spiral cut them to capture more topping. It also looks cool when they are done. The Chilean part comes from a dish my wife makes that has lime juice, avocado, tomato, cilantro, jalapeno, and red onion mixed together(it goes great on pretty much anything). They are really good hotdogs.

I'd hit that one on the top/right (point of view depends on how early the bourbon started)!#1 LBGE December 2012 • #2 SBGE February 2013 • #3 Mini May 2013A happy BGE family in Houston, TX.

I would probably eat half a dozen of those dogs smothered in that sauce... then throw the rolls off the deck for the ducks
Hebrew Nat's are fantastic hotdogs

The reason I asked was somebody slid a bamboo skewer in the dog from end to end, angled it on a cutting board and rolled. Then they did it at opposite angles. Looked awesome! I've done it myself a few times but can't get it right. We don't generally eat hot dogs because of my thirty odd year old experience in the packing industry. I buy veal wieners from a middle European grocery store now

I've done consulting work for Nabisco, Quaker Oats and many others; quickest way to stop eating something is to watch it being made

Canada Packers and Swift Premium were the last unrefrigerated packing houses in North America when I was there. I will say no more

Wow. A hot dog has never piqued my interest, until now. Simple, inexpensive and quick. I like it.
