    Batter
    1c butter, softened
    2 c sugar
    2 eggs
2c buttermilk or 2c milk plus 2 tbs vinegar
    or lemon juice
    4c flour
    2 tsp baking soda

    Cinnamon/sugar mix
    2/3 c sugar
    2 tsp cinnamon

    Mix together everything but the
    Cinn/Sugar mix
pour about ¼ of the batter into bread pan
then put about ¼ of the Cinn/Sugar mix on that
put another ¼ of the batter on that then ¼ cinn/sugar mix
on top. Cut sugar/cinn mix in with a butter knife
    This makes 2 bread pans
I cooked indirect at 375° dome till toothpick came out clean.
about an hour. Cool for 20 mins b4 removing from pan

Thanks! I have been wanting to try some baking in the egg since it takes a while to cool down after cooking and figured I can use that heat for breads, etc.

Thanks for sharing. I fired up the egg and have two pans of this ready to go on in about 10 minutes or so. Love trying new things. :)

I was going to take pictures but had a little hiccup when transferring out of the bake pan and the bread is missing an end on one and the center section of the other. Tastes good, just don't look too purty. ;)

RLeeper it really don't need one, But just a basic cream cheese frosting would be good on it

=D> Bookmarked for this week! Have been wanting to do some more baking on the egg, and really like the no-yeast bread.
