Kebab marinade

Tonight, we're doing Raichlen's Green Lightning Shrimp (with @NecessaryIndulgence's tip to omit the lime until after cooking), corn on the cob (deciding between @TJColey's method and that butter-basted method), and veggie skewers (herbs d'provence and virgin olive oil).

However, because I have a mild shrimp allergy, I avoid eating it.  Accordingly, we're doing steak kebabs, too.  I've got a few ideas of what I might do with it (Cow Lick comes to mind), but I'd love to hear suggestions on what to do.
