Dinner prep mostly done; at least the part with blades...
Now comes the chillin part, listening to the Tigers game before egging the grouper and scallops...
The veggies for tonight.. Just some peppers.
And my cocktail and stick. Beautiful day; just a wee bit breezy to say the least.

Gorgeous pics as always Hap!
I'm finding my happy place. Nailed my first brisket, drinking a few beers, and have some live Allman Bros (with mf'n Duane All man) in the patio stereo. Gonna be a great weekend.

@hapster. I love scallops but never cooked them. Is their any special cleaning instructions I should know? Are do I just season and grill? Thanks for the post always some of my favorites.PROUD MEMBER OF THE WHO DAT NATION!!!!! Stuck in Dallas.......

I am not aware of any cleaning instructions; never bought any in the shells... these are simply big chunks of sweet deliciousnessAlton said:@hapster. I love scallops but never cooked them.
